The project was commissioned by the DRC authorities. It provides a private villa and a place to receive business delegations. The villa has 3 independent entrances. Each segment of the house is completely sufficient in terms of functionality.
It has 2 bedrooms with bathrooms, dressing room, open kitchen and living room. The terrace and view of the river intake allows you to enjoy the spectacular mountain view. The biggest challenge for this project was to meet the requirements of connecting drinking water and providing sufficient electricity. A special pumping station and rainwater recovery system made it possible to meet these challenges. Thanks to South African technology and engineering, the project was completed successfully.
