Two floor residence made of architectural concrete and steel modules constituting the structural beams of the building. Over 400 m2 of usable area providing all residential functions.
The main goal of the designers was to maintain the rawness of the materials used while using the natural values of vegetation and light. Open spaces and access to daylight allowed to achieve a unique character of the interior. The most difficult challenge for the architects was to balance the acoustics of the rooms, which was facilitated by the natural vegetation.
