The entire interior concept of the small boutique hotel was designed according to the investor’s specifications and is inspired by the “Pirates of the Caribbean” movie series.

The deep black DPS ceiling coating visually raised the low interiors of the lobby, and the DPS coatings with LED lighting in the banquet hall create the perfect atmosphere. The overall design reflects the movie theme with numerous maritime accents and the intense colors.

WARSS DESIGN had complete oversight of the entire design and execution planning process for this project and was responsible for all material deliveries and their logistics in addition to construction.

The WARSS DESIGN team was available to the investor as a contact until completion.
