Art Deco style in modern dimensions – multi-faceted gold and metal elements rounded off by delicate black.

The exclusive and sophisticated design of the interior is set off by the materials used. The high-quality terrazzo floor tiles in sandy gray tones and the textured wallpaper create a unique ambience.

The room layout resulting from the visible sloping ceilings was applied to the entirety of the interior concept and designed in such a way that the mezzanine level makes perfect use of the space under the side wall.

The functionality of the interior was a priority, accordingly the extravagant style has been 100% adapted to the use and comfort of daily life.

WARSS DESIGN had complete supervision over the course of the entire design and execution planning for this project and was responsible for all material deliveries and their logistics in addition to the construction.
