A project of 30 floating houses located on the Motlawa River in Gdansk. The houses are a series of interconnected floating piers and are designed as an Apart hotel. Modern technology, solar panels, recuperation and appropriate ventilation systems will ensure the absolute highest quality and silence.
Each house is equipped with a smart house system and can be remotely managed based on a phone application. All interior design materials have quality certificates and are waterproof. In addition, the wall and floor coverings used are typically used on ships and yacht finishes. The houses have a motor that allows the object to move freely on the water on a towing basis.
